Not your typical church
Celebration Movement is about connecting with God and with one another in real fellowship and relationship.
What You Might Like to Know
Before Visiting
You always belong here. You always have a home here. If you are a person of no particular faith , but are curious about matters of faith, you are welcome. If you’ve been hurt or disappointed by religion, you are welcome. If you have questions or doubts about faith, God, Jesus, or the Holy Spirit, you are welcome. If you are a devoted follower of Jesus looking for a community of faith where you can belong, you are welcome. Enjoy the love of your community as you share testimony, life experiences, and a deepened connection to faith. YOU are welcome here!
We desire to create an environment where everyone is loved, accepted and respected. You will be respected and honored from the minute you walk in the door. You do not have to change to be accepted by us. You are accepted, respected, and loved just as you are – no strings attached.
We desire to create a safe environment for conversation. At Celebration Movement, no question is a bad question. No response is dumb or stupid. You can share the burdens you feel as well as the joys you are experiencing and know that with both, you are in a safe place. In order to keep a safe environment, we encourage everyone to leave judgment at the door.
Your opinion and beliefs matter to us. We will not ignore them, belittle them or try to change them. You have the right to believe what you believe, say what you want to say and be who you are. We love stories! We want to hear your story and better understand where you are coming from, how you got there and where you hope to be in the future.

What to Expect
Weekly Schedule:
Monday, 6:30 PM
Address:
William Penn Fire Hall 123 Main St, Hulmeville, PA 19047
We meet at the address above on Monday nights at 6:30pm.
When you arrive, we will have a meal ready for you. There will be round tables, no rows and no pews. The first half hour of our gathering is a meal shared around the table where you get to catch up with friends and make new ones. At 7pm, our worship service begins. This includes live worship and a teaching from the Bible. After the teaching, there will be conversations around the table. Our table conversations are safe places for you to discuss matters of faith.
We eat together.
Our gatherings start with a meal together. We gather around tables to eat and enjoy each other’s company. We have a high value for relationships. We believe the Christian faith is meant to focus on relationships – a relationship with God and loving relationships with one another. Enjoying a meal together is a great way to break down the barriers that may exist and create a bond around the one thing that everyone enjoys – food!
We welcome conversation.
After our Bible message, we will have conversations around tables. We have no rows. We have no pews. We seek to develop a safe, healthy environment where people can express their feelings, opinions and beliefs, can explore faith and talk openly about their life without fear. We feel that the society is in need of a safe place where people act with civility.
We are relational.
We value relationships. We believe relationships are central to the faith. We want to see you have a real, close relationship with God and authentic relationships with others. Relationships are so much better than religion! We want to focus on having a meaningful relationship with God and others, not just a bunch of rules to follow.
We are a movement.
Celebration Movement is more than a church, we are a movement. Our mission is to lead a healthy, growing, multiplying church that plants new churches every year. By healthy, we mean loving. We want to have relationships based on mutual love and respect. We believe that healthy things grow. Healthy babies grow. Healthy trees grow. Healthy churches grow. And growing things ultimately multiply. Families have children who have children who have children. In the same way, as a healthy, growing church, we envision having many new “baby” churches that spring up out of our congregation to spread God’s love in the world.
